Hi I’m Stevie, a positive mindset and performance coach who's forged a path of being both a musician / artist in dream folk band Mt. Wolf, and an entrepreneur / founder of boutique London label Akira Records simultaneously. With a 15-year journey in the music industry, I've worn many hats – a musician, DJ, PR, live promoter, and A&R / record executive.

Adversity has been a constant companion in my career so far, most notably in 2013 when my band, Mt. Wolf, faced an unexpected split despite us having the world at our feet. Undeterred, I transformed setbacks into opportunities, starting Akira Records from the confines of my bedroom, and getting Mt. Wolf back together to tour the UK, Europe and America and to play prestigious festivals such as Glastonbury, Bestival, Secret Garden Party and SXSW. Celebrating Akira’s ten-year anniversary in 2023 marked not just a milestone for the label but a triumph of resilience, and a testament to unwavering self-belief, perseverance, and a clear vision.

I have personally experienced the transformative impact of coaching as a coachee. It not only helped me navigate the stress and anxiety inherent in running my own business but also ignited a passion for personal growth and for understanding the power of the mind. I have always loved working to empower the artists on my label, to help them realise their dreams and to overcome the many hurdles which stand in their way. This alongside firsthand experience of coaching’s transformative nature has solidified my identity as a coach devoted to empowering those who entrust me with their journey. Currently pursuing a coaching qualification with the ICF (International Coaching Federation), I aim to attain a Post Graduate Certificate in Professional and Personal Coaching.

As a coach, my mission is to share the insights gained from my journey, to help others unlock their full potential and navigate the complexities of their own paths.
